• In Chautauqua County please call 1-716-753-4471 for our Jamestown office and 664-2020 for our Dunkirk office.

• Requests for legal assistance in Cattaraugus County should be made through the Cattaraugus County Office for the Aging 1-800-462-2901. An appointment will be made by Office for the Aging staff to meet with the Legal Services attorney on her regular visits to the county.
